2. Scope
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all purchases made on linkttp.com, including backlink placements and website acquisitions. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.
These Terms are intended for professional users (B2B). If you are acting as a consumer under French law, additional consumer protection rights may apply.
3. Services
Linkttp offers two distinct services:
3.1 Backlink placements
Publication of editorial articles containing one or more dofollow backlinks on sites within the Linkttp network.
3.2 Website acquisitions
Sale and full transfer of websites listed in the Linkttp catalogue, including domain, content, and documentation.
4. Backlink Placement — Conditions
4.1 Writing included
Article writing is included in every backlink order. You are not required to provide content. If you choose to submit your own article, an additional review fee may apply to ensure editorial compliance.
4.2 Link type
All links are dofollow and editorial by default. Unless you explicitly request otherwise at the time of ordering, no sponsored or nofollow attributes will be applied.
4.3 Indexing
Every published article is submitted to Google's indexing queue after publication. Indexing remains solely at Google's discretion. Linkttp does not control Google's crawl schedule and makes no guarantee of indexing timing or outcome.
4.4 Link permanence
Links are permanent for as long as the host site remains active within the Linkttp network. There is no expiry date and no annual renewal fee. Should a site ever leave the network, Linkttp will make reasonable efforts to notify affected clients in advance. No replacement or compensation is guaranteed in such an event.
4.5 Sensitive niches
The following niches are accepted at standard pricing, provided the content complies with French law: CBD, adult content, finance.
Casino-related content is not accepted under any circumstances.
All sensitive niche orders are subject to a pricing premium of x2 the standard rate. Linkttp reserves the right to refuse any order whose content does not comply with applicable French law.
4.6 Delivery
Orders are processed and published within 24 to 72 business hours of payment confirmation.
4.7 Volume pricing
Preferential rates are available for clients placing consistent orders across multiple sites. Volume pricing is reserved for existing clients and is discussed after a first completed order. To enquire, contact [email protected].
5. Website Acquisitions — Conditions
5.1 What is included
Every website sale includes: full domain transfer, WordPress database export and migration, media files and theme transfer, complete site documentation (credentials, plugins, primary keywords), GSC access transfer to the buyer's Google account, and 30 days of post-sale support with a response time of 48 hours maximum.
5.2 What is not included
Future content creation, third-party backlink guarantees. Backlinks pointing to the site at the time of sale remain in place but are not under Linkttp's control and cannot be guaranteed post-transfer.
5.3 Transfer timeline
Full transfer is completed within 7 business days of payment confirmation.
5.4 Traffic disclaimer
Organic traffic is variable by nature. Linkttp provides verified historical data (Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools) to allow buyers to make an informed decision. Linkttp makes no guarantee of future traffic levels after transfer.
6. Pricing & Payment
6.1 Prices
All prices listed on the website are in euros (€), exclusive of VAT where applicable. Linkttp reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Orders are invoiced at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
6.2 Payment methods
Payments are accepted via PayPal and bank transfer (virement bancaire). Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. No service is initiated prior to payment clearance.
6.3 Refund policy
Given the nature of the services provided (content publication and digital asset transfer), all sales are final. No refund will be issued once an order has been initiated.
In the event of a failure attributable solely to Linkttp (non-delivery, technical error), a replacement or partial refund will be offered at Linkttp's discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
Content published as part of a backlink order is written by Linkttp and remains the editorial property of the host site. The client retains no ownership rights over the published article. The backlink itself is the deliverable.
For website acquisitions, all content, media, and code are transferred in full to the buyer upon completion of payment.
8. Liability
Linkttp's liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question. Linkttp cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or ranking fluctuations resulting from Google algorithm updates or third-party actions beyond Linkttp's control.
9. Data Protection (GDPR)
Personal data collected through this website (name, email, order details) is processed solely for the purpose of order management and client communication. Data is never sold or shared with third parties.

10. Modifications
Linkttp reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The version in force at the time of any order is the applicable version. Continued use of the service following any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Note: These Terms are written in English. In the event of a dispute, the French version shall prevail should one be produced. In the absence of a French version, the English text shall be the sole reference.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction, regardless of the place of order or the nationality of the client.
