These Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Linkttp and any professional client (hereinafter "the Client") for the following services:
- Backlink placement: writing and/or publishing editorial articles containing one or more hyperlinks pointing to the Client's website(s), on sites within the Linkttp network.

Consumer protection law and associated withdrawal rights do not apply to Linkttp's services.
4. Orders & Acceptance
Every order constitutes full acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
Orders can be placed via the order form on linkttp.com or by email at [email protected].
An order is considered firm and final upon receipt of full payment. Linkttp reserves the right to decline any order if the Client's content or niche is deemed incompatible with the editorial standards of the target site.
5. Backlink Placement — Terms
5.1 Description
Linkttp publishes an editorial article containing one or more hyperlinks pointing to the URL specified by the Client, on one or more sites within the Linkttp network.
5.2 Article writing
Two options are available:
- Written by Linkttp: Linkttp writes the article. The Client may provide guidance (anchor text, topic, keywords). Linkttp retains final editorial control over the published content.
- Provided by the Client: The Client submits a ready-to-publish article. Linkttp reserves the right to request modifications or decline publication if the content does not meet the editorial standards of the host site. An additional review fee may apply.
5.3 Link attributes
All links are dofollow and editorial by default. The Client may request a specific attribute (nofollow, sponsored) at the time of ordering. No changes to link attributes can be requested after publication.
5.4 Publication duration
Articles and links are published for an indefinite period, corresponding to the active lifespan of the host site within the Linkttp network. Linkttp does not guarantee the maintenance of any article or link for a specific duration. "Permanent" is understood as the duration during which the host site remains actively operated by Linkttp.
Should a host site be closed, sold, or significantly restructured, Linkttp will make reasonable efforts to notify affected clients in advance. No replacement or compensation is guaranteed in such an event.
5.5 Sensitive niches
The following niches are accepted at a dedicated pricing premium (x2 standard rate), provided all content complies with applicable French and European law: CBD, adult content, finance.
Casino and online gambling content is not accepted under any circumstances.
The Client is solely responsible for the legal compliance of their activity and the content they wish to promote.
5.6 Delivery timeline
Unless otherwise agreed, Linkttp will publish the article within 24 to 72 business hours of receiving full payment and all required elements (anchor text, target URL, any specific instructions).
6. Website Acquisitions — Terms
6.1 Description
Linkttp offers certain websites from its network for sale. The sale covers the domain name, editorial content, tech stack, and hosting configuration at the time of sale.
6.2 Transfer
Full transfer is completed within 7 business days of receiving payment in full. The Client must have an account with a compatible registrar to receive the domain transfer.
The transfer includes: domain name, WordPress database, media files and theme, complete site documentation (credentials, plugins, primary keywords), and GSC access transferred to the Client's Google account.
6.3 Site condition
The site is sold as-is at the time of sale. Linkttp provides no guarantee regarding future SEO performance, search engine rankings, SEO metrics (DR, TF, DA, traffic), or future market value.
6.4 Intellectual property
The sale includes full ownership of the editorial content published on the site at the time of transfer. Any backlinks placed for third-party clients prior to the sale remain in place. The new owner agrees to maintain them for a reasonable period unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
6.5 Post-sale support
30 days of post-transfer support are included, with a maximum response time of 48 hours. Support covers technical questions related to the transferred site only.
7. Pricing
All prices are listed in euros (€).
Linkttp operates under the basic VAT exemption regime (franchise en base de TVA, Article 293B of the French Tax Code). No VAT is charged on any order. The Client may not reclaim VAT on purchases made from Linkttp.
Linkttp reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without prior notice. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is placed.
Volume pricing is available for committed partners placing consistent orders. This is reserved for existing clients and discussed after a first completed order.
8. Payment
8.1 Methods
Payment is due in full before any service is initiated. Accepted payment methods: PayPal, bank transfer (virement bancaire).
8.2 Late payment
In the event of late payment, late payment penalties apply automatically and without prior notice, at the interest rate applied by the European Central Bank to its most recent refinancing operation, plus 10 percentage points. A fixed recovery fee of €40 is also due in accordance with Article D.441-5 of the French Commercial Code.
9. No SEO Guarantee
Linkttp provides an editorial publishing service. Linkttp does not guarantee:
- Any improvement in the Client's search engine rankings
- Indexing of the published article or link by any search engine
- The maintenance of SEO metrics (DR, TF, DA, traffic) of network sites at their level at the time of order
- The absence of algorithmic or manual penalties from search engines
The Client acknowledges that purchasing links for SEO purposes is a practice contrary to Google's guidelines and assumes sole responsibility for any associated risks to their own website.
10. Cancellation & Refunds
- Backlink orders — before publication: the Client may request cancellation by email. A full refund will be issued if article writing has not yet begun. If writing is already in progress, a partial writing fee may be retained.
- Backlink orders — after publication: no refund is possible once the article has been published. The service is considered fully delivered upon going live.
- Website acquisitions: no refund is possible once the domain transfer has been initiated.
11. Liability
11.1 Linkttp's liability
Linkttp commits to delivering the ordered services with reasonable care and diligence. Linkttp's liability is limited in all cases to the amount paid for the order in question. Linkttp cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, loss of rankings, or any consequences of search engine algorithm updates.
11.2 Client's liability
The Client is solely responsible for: the content of any articles they provide and their compliance with applicable law; the target URLs to which purchased links point; and the use of purchased links within their SEO strategy.
12. Intellectual Property
Articles written by Linkttp remain published on Linkttp network sites. The Client acquires no ownership rights over articles written by Linkttp, except in the context of a full website acquisition (see Section 6).
Articles provided by the Client remain the intellectual property of the Client. The Client grants Linkttp a non-exclusive publishing licence for the duration of the article's publication on the host site.
13. Personal Data
Personal data collected in the course of the commercial relationship (name, email, order details) is processed in accordance with EU GDPR Regulation 2016/679 and Linkttp's Privacy Policy.
The Client may exercise their rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability) by contacting: [email protected].
14. Force Majeure
Linkttp cannot be held liable for failure to perform its obligations in the event of force majeure as defined by Article 1218 of the French Civil Code. This includes, without limitation: hosting outages, cyberattacks, registrar decisions, or search engine actions affecting network sites.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction, regardless of the Client's location or nationality.
16. Acceptance
By placing an order with Linkttp, the Client confirms they have read and accepted these Terms of Sale in full.
